Estela Morais Westphalen recently graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a concentration in international and public affairs and with a certificate in data science fluency. Estela has worked in Brazil, Germany, and the United States, across a range of positions—from market researcher, to operations assistant, and business development specialist. Most recently, she worked for a sustainable tech transportation startup in Berlin, Distribusion Technologies, and participated in the WAM Brown Venture Innovation Program. Estela is passionate about social entrepreneurship and has worked extensively with Brown’s Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship. She hopes to continue scaling her change-maker capacity through a career in impact consulting, illicit economy policy, and international development. Estela is fluent in Portuguese Spanish and is proficient in French and German. Estela is a Brazilian native who calls Boston home, though ultimately, is a true citizen of the world and ready to change it for the better.
