Central to the Watson School’s mission, the Postdoctoral Program supports outstanding early-career social scientists as they advance their own research, deepen their interdisciplinary literacy and contribute to a vibrant community of scholars addressing pressing global issues. Postdoctoral Research Associates benefit from Watson’s broad academic community and close connections with leading scholars in their disciplines, while teaching one undergraduate seminar each year and presenting work in progress to an interdisciplinary group.
