Marita Passero previously worked at Duke University’s Neonatal-Perinatal Research Unit as a clinical research coordinator. She was responsible for coordinating multiple studies being led by NIH-funded principal investigators and sponsors. Marita is from West Virginia and received her bachelor’s degree in biology from High Point University. Upon completing her MPH/MPA dual degree, she plans to pursue a doctoral degree in health policy.
