Emily Lopez Touchy recently earned her bachelor’s degree from Brown University with dual concentrations in political science and architecture. During volunteer work with the Beto O’Rourke gubernatorial campaign and phone banking with the DNC, she focused on engaging with Latinx voters in Texas and Nevada. Emily hopes to work on critical issues around immigration and sustainable architecture. She is a native Spanish speaker and a Brown University Latino Alumni Council member. Emily is from El Paso, TX. Emily serves an MPA Student Ambassador on the MPA Admissions team.
