Emaan Tariq earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Previously, she worked as an administrative coordinator at Northeastern University and as an intern at the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Additionally, she is the youth group coordinator for the Islamic Center of Boston Wayland. Her experiences have harbored a passion for advocating for increased inclusion and policy changes within the U.S. education system. Emaan strives for a career in the nonprofit sector where she can make a difference for those in need.
