Spencer is an accomplished international executive, who spent six years in the United States Marines and three years in management consulting.  As a Marine Officer, he managed multidisciplinary teams of 20 - 200 personnel in the United States and overseas.  Deployed in the Indo-Pacific, he implemented strategic initiatives tailored to logistics.   He also specialized in business process improvement for Fortune 500 corporations across multiple industries as a senior management consultant.  His interests include geopolitical economic stability initiatives, international policy, and microfinance.  Originally from California, Spencer earned his bachelor’s degree in international business and computer information systems from Baylor University.
