Noel Bartley is an active-duty Service Member in the United States Army. She previously worked as a signal officer leading a strategic communications company that provided world-class communication and satellite control support operations to the President of the United States, the National Security Council, the Joint Staff, combatant commanders, deployed U.S. and allied forces, and various federal agencies. Upon completing her degree, she will become an Army Strategist working to translate national priorities into military strategies and design solutions for complex problems. Noel previously earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology from Christopher Newport University and Tiffin University respectively.
