Biography

Ninah Dickson Kiraya recently earned her dual bachelor’s degrees in political economy and public health from Queens University of Charlotte, where she was named Emerging Leader of the Year. During her time at the World Bank Treasury, she supported sustainable finance initiatives,  evaluated cash collateral agreements, and contributed to bond deal assessments. As a research & operations analyst Intern at the United Nations Foundation, she conducted financial analysis and supported global development proposals aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Originally from Tanzania, Ninah is passionate about development finance, private sector–led growth, and expanding access to women-centered financial services across Africa. Ninah aspires to build a career at the intersection of consulting, private equity, and impact investing, leveraging financial tools to drive inclusive and equitable change.
