Biography

Nathalia Klipp-Elias earned a bachelor’s degree in international and public affairs from Brown University with a concentration in policy and governance. Her experience includes managing the 2025 Rhode Island Girls Report and evaluating public health initiatives through the Swearer Center for Public Service. She co-authored a policy report on juvenile interrogation practices with the Brown Initiative for Policy, contributing to statewide legislative reform. Nathalia also interned in the Policy Office of Governor Daniel McKee and worked as an immigration paralegal. Originally from Brazil, she is fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in Spanish, and has lived in New England for over a decade.
