Luca Duclos-Orsello recently completed his bachelor’s degree at Brown University with dual concentrations in international and public affairs and French studies. His recent managerial role on a Boston city council campaign and his climate policy research work at CIRED in Paris have strengthened Luca’s professional interest in American politics, international affairs, and policy consultancy. He is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish. Luca is a captain of Brownian Motion, Brown University’s premier men’s ultimate frisbee team. He is from Somerville, Massachusetts.
