Biography

Colonel John E. Turner last served as the Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation Support Division in the US European Command J5. COL Turner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Carson Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee. He holds a Masters of Military Arts and Sciences from the School of Advanced Military Studies, Command and General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He also holds a Masters of Adult Education from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. COL Turner commissioned as an Armor Officer in May 1999 and qualified as an Army Strategist in April 2014.
