Biography
Jim Lucht is currently a business intelligence developer for Indianapolis-based firm eimagine. He formally served as the Deputy Director of Analytics at the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services, where he was responsible for database and business intelligence infrastructure for Rhode Island's All Payer Claims Database and integrated Analytic Ecosystem. In a different life Jim was Information Group Director at the nonprofit information intermediary organization Providence Plan where he helped build community data systems. He has deep experience with a wide array of data realms including public health, crime & corrections, land use & environmental planning, medical claims, human services, and property tax records.
