Caroline Kells recently earned her bachelor’s degree in international and public affairs and Slavic studies with honors from Brown University. She is an advanced Russian and intermediate German speaker. Her most recent internship was at United States Space Command, where she learned about analytical tradecraft and contemporary issues in space. She aspires to pursue a law career and hopes to work on critical issues surrounding women's security, international law, and civil rights.
