Robin Juliano is a Principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs in Washington, DC, where she advises clients on federal appropriations, higher education, and nonprofit policy issues. She returned to Cornerstone in March 2026 after serving as Policy Director for House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-MA), advising the Whip and House Democratic Caucus on legislation moving through the U.S. House of Representatives.

Previously, Robin served as Majority Staff Director for the House Committee on Appropriations, overseeing the enactment of the annual $1.7 trillion federal discretionary budget, serving as the House Democratic Caucus’s lead staff negotiator with the Senate and the White House. She also played a central role in advancing supplemental funding measures to support Ukraine and assist communities recovering from natural disasters.

Earlier in her career, Robin served on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies, as well as on the White House National Economic Council.

Robin earned a Master of Arts from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University where she was a first-generation college graduate and Pell Grant recipient.
