Biography
Natalie Esquivel recently earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio University with minors in history and Spanish, and certificates in Latin American studies and law, justice & culture. During a fellowship with Sunday Creek Horizons, a communications, advocacy, and business development firm based in Appalachian Ohio, she researched relevant legislation, school funding mechanisms, and expansion opportunities for the Coalition of Rural and Appalachian Schools. She hopes to work on critical issues around climate change adaptation and resilience policy and social justice. Natalie is proficient in Spanish and from Columbus, Ohio.
