Biography

Katelyn Mora recently earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in media studies, concentrating in media law and policy, and a minor in public policy. As a political data intern at WeVote, she supported efforts to make political information more accessible to voters across the United States by tracking candidate declarations, ballot measures, and voter endorsements. She also contributed to prosecutorial and policy work at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, where she assisted deputy district attorneys in the family violence division, participated in multidisciplinary case reviews, and offered policy recommendations to prevent future domestic violence incidents. A Los Angeles native of Salvadoran and Mexican descent, Katelyn brings a passion for exploring how technological change is reshaping international relations and the future of public policy.
